Becoming a mother is a time of transformation. Many women having their first, second or subsequent baby find setting aside time to focus inward on their baby is incredibly rewarding and in our busy lives it can be difficult to find this time.
Tonight is an opportunity for women to gather together and practice some meaningful practices to celebrate, connect and honour this time and your baby..
Come along if you are wondering:
What can I do here and in my own time to connect with my baby and pregnancy in a meaningful way?
How to prepare affirmations and visualisations to help during pregnancy, birth and with your new baby.
What small but practical steps can I take in pregnancy, and the postpartum to nourish myself and connect with my baby?
Bring your own questions too!
