Tonight we will be joined by a local nutritionist who can share some valuable information about practical steps you can take to optimise your health and the health of your baby.

COME ALONG IF YOU ARE WONDERING:

  • What is important for me to eat during pregnancy?

  • Is there anything I should avoid?

  • What do I need to do to help me recover well from birth?

  • Are there any exercises that can help me give birth?

Bring your own questions too!
