This evening is a comfortable and relaxed night where we can dive into a discussion about common discomforts pf pregnancy, working with pain in labour and recovering from birth comfortably.

What can I do to help with backache, restless legs, digestive issues and other discomforts of pregnancy?
Although you are excited about meeting your baby, you are concerned about how ou will work with pain in labour.
You are having a baby, or recently gave birth and wondering what you can do to help your recovery.

WHO IS IT FOR?
This event is for women with an interest in pregnancy and birth and newborns. This is focused on the needs of expecting mums. Female support people, friends and doulas are welcome to attend. It may also new mothers.
Although pregnancy is a special time you may be experiencing backache, restless legs, pelvic pain, gastric issues like vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation. These common discomforts can impact your lifestyle, mood and enjoyment of your pregnancy.
Learn, discuss and share ways to work with pain in labour.
There is a range of uncomfortable experiences new mums might go through. seek support and information to help with ways to minimise discomfort and instead love this time with your baby.
You will also have the opportunity to connect with other women, share and hear insights, and build friendships to see you into motherhood.

This Circles of Women event brings together pregnant mums with childbirth educators in addition to health professionals and therapists. Each of these events has a topic to start the conversation. Where the conversation ends is anyone’s guess.
