What people are saying.

After offering to be the birth coach for a close friend, and not yet with any children myself, I needed guidance with regards to preparing for her birth. Circles of Women provided incredible support for both of us, both through attending “Birth Stories” sessions together and having 1-1 information sessions with Circles of Women’s Founder and Midwife Jennifer Yehudis Hazi. She took us through the birth process, learning about our individual roles and how I could best inform myself and prepare to be the support my friend needed. The birth was an absolutely special experience and thanks to Circles of Women, it was absent of doubts and fears and instead filled with peace, calm and total elation..

I felt so supported by Jen, She really honed in and responded to what I needed and helped me maintain a sense of wellness and control as much as possible. She supported me to achieve my goals in how I wanted to birth. In particular she helped me learn how to maintain focus and work out positions in labour. In such a sensitive and vulnerable time I felt really safe and secure.
— Tami, Newtown
The birth of my first baby started with an induction and ended in a c-section (with a lot of interventions in between). When I fell pregnant with my second baby I found myself feeling quite anxious and fearful that this next birth would follow the same track. I didn’t quite trust that my body could birth a baby in the way I dreamt it could. Thankfully I found Jen, who held my hand throughout my subsequent pregnancies, and through her knowledge, experience and beautiful manner empowered me to take charge at these vulnerable times. I had 4 glorious VBACs and KNOW I could not have done this without Jen’s support. She was my angel, thank you so much Jennifer!
— Cara, Bondi
Jennifer Hazi supported me throughout my fourth and very difficult pregnancy and birth. Our baby wasn’t well and it was confirmed from about 30 weeks that she would not live for very long. Jennifer was there for me with absolute support and dedication, calling me every day to check in. She provided me with invaluable information which made the process easier and the experience as positive as it could possibly have been. Her skills, expertise and knowledge as a midwife, combined with her incredible common sense, life experience and emotional intelligence, were absolute rocks for me getting through it. She was equally present and calming, caring, and supportive throughout the birth and short life and then very sad passing of my baby, at all times offering essential guidance and suggestions in a soft, non judgemental manner that always left me feeling as empowered and in control as could have been possible in the situation. I can’t thank her enough and don’t know how I would have got through it without her - I don’t believe anyone else could have given the support in the way she did.
— Hannah, Bondi
A huge support for me during my pregnancy as well as postnatally. Jennifer is a truly amazing Midwife and woman. Thank you for making my pregnancy, birth, and transition into motherhood an unforgettable experience.
— Daniella, North Bondi

About Me

My name is Jen,

I fell in love with birth sometime during my first pregnancy. As the months passed, the fear I didn't even know I had was slowly educated away, instead a fascination with the body's ability to grow, birth and nurture a baby took its place.

Having worked as a Doula, Childbirth Educator and Midwife I am privileged to have found a vocation, working with women and their families in such a sensitive and life-changing time.

I have a keen interest in women's empowerment, reproductive and sexual health and perinatal mental health.
